2026/2027 ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE

All eligible candidates are hereby invited for online screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session admission into National Diploma ND and HND Full-Time programmes in The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State.

  1. ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR ND PROGRAMMES
  2. All Candidates who chose the Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first (1st) choice Institution in the 2026/2027 UTME.
  3. Candidates who wish to choose Federal Polytechnic as their first choice. This category of candidates, however, are required to do Change of Institution to Federal Polytechnic Offa on JAMB Portal
  4. Must have OBTAINED the minimum cut off of 100,
  5. Must have five (5) relevant O’level credits as contained in the JAMB brochure at not more than two (2) sittings.
  6. Candidates must have uploaded their O’level result(s) on JAMB CAPS through a Certified CBT Center.
  7. Candidates awaiting O’level results can also apply, but they will not be considered for admission unless their results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS before the end of admission.

 

  1. ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR ND (PART-TIME) PROGRAMMES
  2. All Candidates who chose the programme offered by the Federal Polytechnic Offa.
  3. Must have five (5) relevant O’level credits not more than two (2) sittings.
  4. Candidates must have uploaded their O’level result(s).
  5. Candidates awaiting O’level results can also apply, but they will not be considered for admission unless their results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS before the end of admission.
  6. ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR HND PROGRAMMES
  7. All candidates who choose programmes offered by the Federal Polytechnic Offa at HND level.
  8. Must have obtained ND in the relevant programme which is prerequisite for the HND programme applied for.
  9. Must also have five relevant O’level credit for the programme applied for at not more two (2) sittings.
  10. Candidates must have completed the one year mandatory IT.
  11. Candidate must upload their O’level results, ND results and letter of one year IT.

 

 

  • PROCEDURES FOR THE (ND FT & PT) ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE

All eligible candidates should log on to the Polytechnic portal www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng to do the following:-

  1. All candidates are to make an online payment of #2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only with an ATM card that is interswitch compatible.
  2. Fill-in their details and the security form;
  • Candidates must have a personal active email address.
  1. Upload their results and other necessary credentials;
  2. Print out their security form and post screening slip;
  3. Submit the print out security form PERSONALLY at the security office in the Main campus of the Polytechnic along Ojoku road Offa, Kwara State.

 

  • PROCEDURES FOR THE (HND) ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE

All eligible candidates should log on to the Polytechnic portal www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng to do the following:-

  1. All candidates are to make an online payment of #5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) only with an ATM card that is interswitch compatible.
  2. Fill-in their details and the security form;
  • Candidates must have a personal active email address.
  1. Upload their results and other necessary credentials;
  2. Print out their security form and post screening slip;
  3. Submit the print out security form PERSONALLY at the security office in the Main campus of the Polytechnic along Ojoku road Offa, Kwara State.

CLOSURE OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE

All candidates are required to visit the Polytechnic’s Portal www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng for the screening exercise. The Polytechnic Portal will open for the screening exercise for Four (4) weeks from the date of this advertisement.

 

NOTE THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL THE ABOVE STATED PROCEDURES AND FOR/OR ANY FALSE CLAIM BY CANDIDATES SHALL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH CANDIDATES AND FORFEITURE OF THE ADMISSION AT ANY TIME IT IS DISCOVERED.
