Mr. Moshood Tunde Yusuf, a native of Offa in Kwara State is a seasoned financial expert and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He brings a distinguished wealth of experience in financial management and auditing to his role as Bursar of the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, an appointment he assumed in April 2025.

Mr. Yusuf possesses a robust academic foundation in accounting and finance, having earned his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin. He furthered his education with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Financial Management, from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. His professional credentials were solidified upon becoming an Associate Member of ICAN in 2002, culminating in his elevation to the esteemed rank of Fellow (FCA) in 2013.

His professional career commenced following the completion of the National Youth Service Corps at Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja. He began his civil service tenure at the University of Ilorin in 1999, where he served with distinction in the Internal Audit Unit for a decade and rose to the position of Senior Internal Auditor. In July 2009, he joined the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, as a Principal Accountant. Through consistent performance and dedication, he advanced to Chief Accountant in 2016, overseeing critical financial operations prior to his landmark appointment as Bursar.

Born on March 3, 1970, in Minna, Niger State, his educational journey began at Marafa Primary School, Minna, before he completed his primary education at St. Marks LSMB School in Offa. He subsequently attended the prestigious Offa Grammar School for his secondary education. Mr. Yusuf’s career is characterized by a steadfast commitment to fiscal integrity, strategic financial leadership, and the exemplary application of sound accounting principles within the public sector.
