Entry Requirements
National Diploma (ND) Full-Time
The entry requirements for all National Diploma (ND) programmes are as follows:JAMB, SSC, GCE O’Level, NTC/NBC (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level exams) O’Level with at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language & Mathematics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
National Diploma (ND) Part Time
The entry requirements for all National Diploma (ND) programmes are as follows: SSC, GCE O’Level, NTC/NBC (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level exams) O’Level with at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language & Mathematics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
Higher National Diploma (HND)
The general entry requirement for HND Part-Time programmes are the same with the HND Full – Time programmes.
Higher National Diploma (ND) Part Time
Three (3) years of six Semesters (Evening and weekend) programmes are available in all the courses as obtainable in the HND Full-Time except in Architectural Technology.
Please note that the HND Part-Time programmes are primarily for the working class; who for reason of employment cannot attend regular HND programmes. It is also important to note that PT HND GRADUATES ARE EXEMPTED from participating in the National Youth Service (NYSC) Scheme.
Degree
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
100 LEVEL: Candidate must obtain a minimum UTME Score of 160 and above and credits pass in 5 relevant subjects.
200 LEVEL: Candidate must obtain a direct entry form and pass at ND/NID with at least Lower Credit, Merit at NCE, IJMB candidate must obtain a minimum of 5 points while candidate possessing CPES FUT Minna must obtain a minimum of 4 points.
300 LEVEL: Candidate must obtain a direct entry form and pass HND with a minimum of lower Credit.

B. DIRECT ENTRY INTO 200L
Candidate must obtain a direct entry form and possess a minimum of LOWER CREDIT at National Diploma (ND), National Innovation Diploma (NID) or Merit at NCE level. The candidates with IJMB must score a minimum of five (5) points or four (4) points (CPES, FUT, Minna) with a pass at two (2) subjects relevant to their proposed courses.
C. DIRECT ENTRY INTO 300L
Candidate must obtain a direct entry form and possess a minimum of lower credit at HND or Higher Innovation Diploma (HID) with GGPA of 2.6 and above.
D. CHANGE OF INSTITUTION
Applicants who wish to change to our institution are advised to visit any JAMB-accredited center and choose Federal Polytechnic Offa in Affiliation with the Federal University of Technology, Minna as their most preferred institution.
