2024/2025 ADMISSIONS SCREENING EXERCISE

Eligible candidates are hereby invited for online screening exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session admissions into National Diploma (ND) Full Time, National Diploma (ND) Part Time, National Diploma Open, Distance and Flexible e-Learning (ODFel) and Higher National Diploma Full Time programmes in The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State.

1. ELIGIBLITY FOR ADMISSIONS SCREENING

(1) CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) FULL TIME

1. All Candidates who chose the Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first (1^st) choice Institution in the 2024/2025 UTME
2. All candidates who did Change of Institution to the Federal Polytechnic Offa for 2024/2025 admission.
3. Candidates must have OBTAINED the Minimum Score of 100.
4. Candidates must have the required relevant O’level credit result(s) as contained in the JAMB brochure
5. And must have uploaded their O’level result (s) on JAMB CAPS through a Certified CBT Center.

(11) CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) PART TIME

• All Candidates must have obtained the Federal Polytechnic Offa National Diploma (ND) Part Time form.
• Candidates must have the required relevant O’level credit result(s) including English Language and Mathematics.
• Candidates must have registered on JAMB CAPS for the regularization of their admissions
• Candidates should print and submit JAMB regularization forms to the Institute for Continuing Education of the Polytechnic
• Candidates must upload their O’ Level results to the Polytechnic Portal

 (111) CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) OPEN, DISTANCE AND FLEXIBLE e-LEARNING (ODFel)

1. All Candidates must have obtained the Federal Polytechnic Offa National Diploma Open, Distance and Flexible e-Learning (ODFel) form.
2. Candidates must have the required relevant O’level credit result(s) including English Language and Mathematics.
3. Candidates must upload their O’ Level results to the Polytechnic Portal

(1V) CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) 

• All Candidates must have obtained the Federal Polytechnic Offa Higher National Diploma (HND) form.
• Candidates must have obtained and produce National Diploma result/certificate from NBTE accredited Programmes and Institutions
• Candidates must have the required relevant O’level credit result(s) including English Language and Mathematics.
• Candidates with minimum of Lower Credit grade must show evidence of completion of One-year Mandatory Industrial Training, while candidates with Pass grade must also show evidence of completion of Two years Mandatory Industrial Training  
• Candidates must upload their O’ Level results and ND results to the Polytechnic Portal

B PROCEDURES FOR THE ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE.

All eligible candidates should log on to the Polytechnic portal www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng to do the following:-

• To make the online payment
• Fill-in their details and the security form;
• Upload their results and other necessary credentials;
• Print out their security form and post screening slip;
• Submit the print out security form PERSONALLY at the security office in the Main campus of the Polytechnic along Ojoku road Offa, Kwara State.
• All candidates are to make an online payment of #2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only with an ATM card that is interswitch compatible.

7. Candidates must write their name in full, surname first as written on their JAMB RESULT SLIP and O’level results/certificates
8. AND Candidates must have a personal active email address.

CLOSURE OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE

All candidates are required to visit the Polytechnic’s Portal www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng for the screening exercise. The Polytechnic Portal will open for the screening exercise for Four (4) weeks from the date of this advertisement. 

NOTE THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL THE ABOVE STATED PROCEDURES AND FOR/OR ANY FALSE CLAIM BY CANDIDATES SHALL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH CANDIDATES AND FORFEITURE OF THE ADMISSION AT ANY TIME IT IS DISCOVERED.
